Stevon Lewis, Host

Stevon (he/him) is a licensed psychotherapist, speaker, and corporate consultant, facilitating discussions about Imposter Syndrome, race, and mental health. He has been a featured expert for various major television and media platforms including The Oprah Winfrey Network, Bustle Magazine, Thrive Global, and Entrepreneur Magazine.

Juleyka Lantigua, Editor

Juleyka Lantigua (she/her) is the Founder/CEO of LWC Studios, which received a Peabody Award nomination and won “The Director’s Prize” at Third Coast award, also known as “The Oscars of Audio.” A Fulbright Scholar and Tory Burch Fellow, Juleyka holds a Master’s in Journalism and an MFA in Creative Writing.

Virginia Lora, Producer

Virginia (she/her) got her start in audio as a facilitator for StoryCorps, the national oral history project, living a month at a time in a different community around the U.S interviewing people from all walks of life. She later trained at the Transom Story Workshop and was a Reporting Fellow for Latino USA. She's passionate about telling stories that elevate unheard voices, and works in English, Spanish and everything in between.

 

Kojin Tashiro, Lead Producer

Kojin (he/him) is a music producer out of New Albany, IN. While working with Grammy winning artists and independent acts from around the world, he also works as an Associate Producer for Louisville Public Media, — a public radio station in Kentucky — where he produces and engineers content from live music shows to nationally acclaimed podcasts.

Paulina Velasco, Managing Producer

Paulina (she/her) is a multilingual audio producer from California. She has experience across several podcasts and public radio programs and has reported for KCRW, Marketplace, and The Guardian. She focuses on stories about immigration and immigrant communities with a commitment to nuanced and accurate representation of people’s experiences.

Michelle Baker, Associate Producer

Michelle Baker (she/ her) is an associate producer at LWC Studios. She is the ad operations lead and administers the Podcasting, Seriously Awards Fund. As a "Jill-of-all-trades," her work can be seen across various LWC original and client shows. Michelle has a passion for storytelling and her previous work in the United States Senate allowed her to highlight constituents' issues and policy solutions.
